Juarez and Alda came to Texas to share something from home. They never stopped.

In 1997, Juarez DeConto and Alda Boiani left Brazil and came to Addison, Texas with one purpose: to help introduce the gaucho tradition to America. They spent the next 20 years inside that kitchen, that dining room, that culture — learning what it means to make a guest feel genuinely at home far from their own.

Then in 2019, quietly and without fanfare, they opened something of their own. Not a concept. Not a brand exercise. Just a single dining room on Dallas Parkway where they could do things their way — with the cuts they believe in, the hospitality they grew up with, and the kind of personal attention that only happens when the owners are there.

"We came here to offer authentic Brazilian cuisine and gaucho experiences to North Texans with the highest quality meats, vegetables and customer service. The most important thing to us is our customers." — Alda Boiani, Co-Founder & CEO

"The owner came and talked to us, which is something I had never experienced before. For the price, it is a wonderful steakhouse."Tripadvisor guest — 5 stars

What an evening at 12 Cuts actually feels like

The green card sits at your table. When you're ready, you turn it over and the gauchos begin. Skewer after skewer arrives — picanha rock-salted and fire-roasted, filet mignon carved to your preference, lamb, sausage, and seasonal cuts that rotate with what's best. You eat at your own pace. No one rushes you. The salad bar is restocked quietly throughout the meal. When the grilled pineapple comes around, it's worth saving room for.

It is, in the best possible way, the kind of meal that makes you forget what time it is.

"Absolutely the best Brazilian steakhouse I have ever been to. The meat was cooked to perfection. At one point I made an offhand remark and the waiter walking by heard and brought it right back." — OpenTable verified diner — 5 stars

Holiday dinners deserve a sweet finish that feels simple and complete. At 12 Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse, the choice often comes down to chocolate mousse or flan for that last course. Our rodízio service keeps the evening steady while each plate stays warm and lively. Fire-roasted meats lead the meal, and the salad bar keeps textures bright and balanced. Dessert should respect that rhythm and bring a calm, satisfying close without heaviness. Both classics deliver comfort with clean flavors that pair well with bold, savory notes. The best pick is the one that suits your mood and matches the pace of your table.

Flan brings a silky texture and gentle caramel that lands quietly after robust, fire-roasted flavors. The custard smooths the palate and keeps conversation moving without stealing attention from the meal. Its modest sweetness and soft set help the evening end on a relaxed, unhurried note. Each spoonful feels light, which matters when guests taste a wide range of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. Flan also pairs well with a simple sip of water, which keeps the finish clear and tidy. The portion can be shared easily, which suits larger parties and private dining gatherings. When you want a clean, classic finish, flan delivers comfort without adding weight or noise.

Chocolate mousse brings a deeper cocoa note that still reads soft and balanced on the spoon. The texture stays airy, so the flavor feels present without the heaviness of a dense cake slice. That balance helps the finish stand up to rich cuts like picanha or filet mignon with bacon. Each bite remains focused because the structure is smooth, cool, and pleasantly restrained. Guests who enjoy a slightly bolder finale often lean toward mousse for that reason. It adds a touch of celebration while staying aligned with the meal's calm, steady rhythm. When you want a dessert that feels special yet simple, mousse answers with confidence and grace.

Good endings follow the same rules as good meals: keep flavor clear and pacing comfortable for everyone. If your plates leaned savory and rich, a lighter custard is best for balance and ease. If your table enjoyed brighter plates, cocoa depth can add the right sense of ceremony. Share a serving across the table to keep the last course social and measured. Ask your server about availability and portions to keep the timing smooth and relaxed. Keep sips simple so attention remains on the dessert and the people around you. Either choice fits a true churrascaria flow because both desserts support flavor rather than compete with it.

A strong finale should be easy to order, easy to share, and easy to enjoy. At 12 Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse in Dallas, our team keeps service friendly, steady, and guest-paced. Book a table or ask about private dining if you are planning a holiday event. We will help align timing, room setup, and service order so you can focus on your guests. Bring friends, bring family, and settle in for a seasonal dinner that ends on a clear note. When the moment arrives, choose the dessert that matches your mood and the flow of the night. Close your meal with chocolate mousse or flan and enjoy a finish that feels simple and right.

Holiday plates taste better when the greens lead, and the fire follows. At 12 Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse in Dallas, the season finds an easy rhythm at the table. Our salad bar sets a bright tone, and our gauchos keep the skewers moving. Guests enjoy simple choices, clean flavors, and service that follows a calm, guest-paced flow. You build a plate that feels fresh and balanced without slowing the room. The result is steady energy, relaxed conversation, and warm plates all night long. That is why thoughtful fresh bar picks for December gatherings help every bite land with clarity and comfort.

Begin with crisp greens so every hot slice that follows tastes focused and clean. Add seasonal vegetables for color and texture that sit well beside warm sides. Keep dressings light and portioned to taste so produce stays lively and clear on the palate. Small scoops help you pace the evening while leaving space for the first skewer. Return as you like to refresh your plate when you want a cooler note. This approach keeps the temperature protected and the textures balanced with each pass of the fire. Your first course sets the tone for the night and keeps attention on flavor rather than volume.

Churrasco shines when bright salads support the heat from the flame. Our team presents a rotation of fire-roasted meats and carves portions while they are hot. Guests often enjoy tender beef, savory pork, juicy chicken, and rich lamb served in a comfortable sequence. Favorites like picanha and filet mignon with bacon show how steady heat protects tenderness. A fresh plate beside each serving keeps the finish clean and the appetite engaged. Your server can pace the flow so no one feels rushed between courses or conversations. This balance makes Dallas churrascaria dining feel generous, organized, and pleasantly unhurried for mixed groups.

Rodízio service makes timing simple for both hosts and guests at the same table. The green side of the card invites the next cut and keeps the rhythm steady. The red side pauses service for a toast, a photo, or a short break with friends. Staff refresh beverages, clear plates, and check on pacing without interrupting the room. Private dining options help teams plan a focused evening during a busy month. You confirm arrival windows and flow, and we manage the sequence from salad bar to dessert. The system is clear, the plates stay warm, and the conversation never needs to hurry.

Churrasco builds depth with live fire rather than a flat grill surface. At 12 Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse, the result is juicy slices that reach your plate hot and fragrant. Signature favorites like picanha show how patient roasting brings rich flavor without heavy sauces. Filet mignon with bacon adds a smoky edge while staying soft and balanced on the tongue. The rhythm stays even, the room stays comfortable, and the plate stays focused and warm. This simple system supports Dallas churrascaria dining that feels polished yet relaxed.

A fresh start helps every hot slice land with clarity and ease. Begin with crisp greens, ripe tomatoes, and a light dressing to set a clean base. Add hearts of palm or seasonal vegetables for texture that plays well with warm sides. Keep early portions modest, since more skewers arrive soon after you sit down. Return to the bar later if you want a reset between passes from the fire. Warm sides round the plate without slowing service or clouding the main flavors. Your glass can stay simple as well, with a sparkling sip that lifts the palate. Each choice pairs well with fire-roasted meats and keeps the meal moving at a pleasant pace.
